Rudhi Mukhtar has been working as a law practitioner for more than 25 years and has completed numerous courses, training, and certifications within the field of law and banking.

Rudhi is the Founder and Senior Partner of HWMA Law Firm and Founder of KRA Adhi Putra Advisory (2023). Prior joining HWMA in 2005, Rudhi worked as a liquidator and director at PT Inti Hupindo, Jakarta. Within the period of 2004 until 2005, Rudhi served as the Legal & Export Import Manager in one of the most prestigious group of poultry industry in Indonesia, named PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk., Jakarta. From 1999 to 2004, Rudhi worked at the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA or also known as “Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional/BPPN”) as the Head of Litigation Team and Head of Legal Advocacy team in the legal division of IBRA, Jakarta. On 1998 until 1999, he worked as a Legal Officer at PT Dwi Investindo, Jakarta. From 1997 until 1998, Rudhi Worked at the headquarter office of PT Bank Bukopin as a Legal Officer, Jakarta and also serves as the Head of Credit Support Section at the branch office of PT Bank Bukopin, Bogor. On 1996, he commenced his career in the field of law as a Paralegal – Associate lawyer at Singgih Law Office, Jakarta.

In the Non-Litigation field, Rudhi Mukhtar has successfully undertaken various projects and represented both foreign and local clients across diverse industries. These industries encompass Banking, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Information and Technology (IT), Mining and Energy, Education, Shipping, Food & Beverage Industry, Trade, Import-Export, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation and Logistics, Distribution, as well as Private Equity.
